Because seeds are natural products and can be affected by storage, moisture, heat, handling, and planting conditions after delivery, opened, used, planted, damaged-after-delivery, or improperly stored seed packets are not eligible for return.

- The item must be unused and unopened
- Seed packets must remain sealed
- The item must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order number must be provided
- The return must be approved by Hanugardens before the item is shipped back

- Opened seed packets
- Used or planted seeds
- Seed packets with broken seals
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling or storage
- Products exposed to moisture, heat, pests, or unsuitable storage conditions

- Final sale or clearance items, if marked as final sale

If the return is due to customer preference, change of mind, incorrect item ordered, duplicate order, or any reason not caused by Hanugardens, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
