Where does Hanugardens ship?
Hanugardens currently ships orders within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 8 to 16 business days after payment is successfully received. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.
Do all orders include tracking?
Yes. All orders include tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Hanugardens offers free shipping on all orders within the United States.
There is no minimum order value required for free shipping.
How are the seeds packaged?
Seeds are packed in moisture-resistant, resealable foil packets to help protect seed quality during storage and shipping.
After delivery, we recommend storing seed packets in a cool, dry place and keeping packets sealed when not in use.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@hanugardens.com
We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.
What should I do if my package is delayed or tracking is not updating?
Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
If your package is delayed or tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us at support@hanugardens.com with your order number and tracking number so we can review the issue.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@hanugardens.com.
Please include your order number, photos of the damaged package, photos of the damaged product, and a brief description of the issue.
What should I do if I received the wrong item or an item is missing?
If your order is missing an item or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@hanugardens.com.

What is your return policy?
Hanugardens offers a 30-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and approved for return before being sent back.
Opened, used, planted, damaged-after-delivery, or improperly stored seed packets are not eligible for return.
Do you guarantee seed germination?
Seeds are natural products, and germination results can vary depending on storage, planting depth, soil quality, moisture, temperature, light, weather, growing zone, pests, disease, and customer care.
We provide planting and growing information for general guidance only, but we do not guarantee specific germination rates or growing results.
