By placing an order on our website, you agree to the shipping terms listed below.
1. Shipping Locations
Hanugardens currently ships orders within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
If your location is not available at checkout, we may not be able to ship to your area.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days after payment is successfully received.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
3. Order Cutoff Time
Our daily order cutoff time is 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET may begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET will usually begin processing on the next business day.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time includes both order processing time and carrier transit time.
Estimated processing / handling time: 1–3 business days
Estimated carrier transit time: 7–13 business days after shipment
Estimated total delivery time: 8–16 business days after the order is placed
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, high order volume, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
5. Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
There is no minimum order value required for free shipping.
6. Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped through available U.S. shipping carriers, which may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other reliable shipping providers.
The carrier used for your order may depend on your location, package size, shipping method, and carrier availability.
7. Order Tracking
All orders include tracking.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us at support@hanugardens.com with your order number.
8. Packaging
Seeds are packed in moisture-resistant, resealable foil packets to help protect seed quality during storage and shipping.
After delivery, customers should store seed packets in a cool, dry place and keep packets sealed when not in use.
9. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Hanugardens is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, lost packages, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@hanugardens.com.
We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.
10. Returned-to-Sender Packages
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
If you request reshipment, additional shipping charges may apply.
If you request cancellation after the package is returned to us, any approved refund may exclude original shipping charges and return shipping costs, unless otherwise required by law.
11. Lost, Delayed, or Marked-Delivered Packages
Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier. However, if your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at support@hanugardens.com so we can review the issue and assist where possible.
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check:
- Around your delivery location
- With household members
- With neighbors
- With your building office, mailroom, or property manager
- With the local carrier office
If the package still cannot be located, contact us with your order number and tracking number.
12. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@hanugardens.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged package
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- A brief description of the issue
After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
13. Missing or Incorrect Items
If your order is missing an item or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@hanugardens.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the items received.
We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution where applicable.
14. Shipping Restrictions
Some seeds or plant-related products may be restricted in certain states, counties, or locations due to local agricultural, environmental, or regulatory rules.
Customers are responsible for checking whether a seed variety is allowed and suitable for their location before purchasing and planting.
If we determine that an order cannot be shipped due to legal, carrier, or compliance restrictions, we may cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.
15. Holiday and High-Volume Periods
During holidays, seasonal peaks, promotions, or high-volume periods, order processing and delivery may take longer than usual.
We recommend placing orders early during busy seasons to allow enough time for processing and delivery.
